ServeoAI stands behind the quality of its service. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@serveoai.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.

After the initial 30-day guarantee period, ServeoAI provides digital, automated services that begin processing immediately after payment. Because onboarding and AI activation are ongoing, ServeoAI does not offer refunds for:

Subscriptions renew monthly through our payment processor. You may cancel anytime before the next billing date by contacting support@serveoai.com. Once a renewal has been processed, that month is non-refundable (except where the 30-day guarantee applies).

If a payment fails, our payment processor may retry automatically. Access to the service may be paused until the payment is completed successfully. Please contact support@serveoai.com if you need assistance.

5. Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at support@serveoai.com. We will respond within 24 hours and resolve any billing issues promptly. All payments are processed securely through our certified payment processor.
