1. Service Description

ServeoAI provides automated call management software including: 24/7 virtual receptionist ("Grace"), call answering, summaries, appointment booking, business automations, transcript delivery and optional call recordings. All services operate through encrypted third-party infrastructure partners such as OpenAI, Twilio and Make.com.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

ServeoAI subscriptions (Prime and Elite) renew monthly and are billed securely through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

• You may cancel anytime by contacting us at support@serveoai.com.
• New subscribers are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Refunds after the initial 30-day period follow our Refund Policy.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with ServeoAI within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@serveoai.com for a full refund. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and does not apply to renewals.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ServeoAI for illegal, abusive, harmful, misleading or fraudulent activity. ServeoAI may suspend or terminate accounts violating telecom rules, privacy regulations or our payment processor's Acceptable Use Policies.

5. Service Activation

After successful payment, onboarding begins immediately. Grace may be configured with your script, assigned a phone number and activated within 24 hours unless otherwise stated.

6. Data Processing & Privacy

By using ServeoAI, you consent to automated processing of call audio, summaries, transcripts and related business data. ServeoAI does not sell or trade your data. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

ServeoAI aims for high uptime, but availability may be affected by carriers or third-party platforms. ServeoAI is not liable for outages outside our control.

8. Limitations of Liability

ServeoAI is not liable for lost revenue, missed calls, business damages, indirect damages or issues caused by telecommunications systems or external providers. Use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@serveoai.com. ServeoAI may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable policies. Upon cancellation, access to the service continues until the end of the current billing period.
